I currently work with both competitors, non-competitors, lifestyle, and general health clients, on the precondition that you put the same amount of effort into implementing the plan set in place as I do in creating it.

-My nutritional approach depends on your body, I believe in catering to your food preferences and being flexible when able. REMEMBER coaching relies heavily on client-coach communication. I am invested in your life, and I take that to heart, so open communication is of the upmost importance.

-I need to hear from you and always CHECK IN! Your check-in process allows me to review your physique, discuss your status of rest, digestion, and overall life’s ups & downs that may affect training. I cannot do my job at optimal levels with lack of communication or check ins.
